GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for Aledade’s 25,000 sqft headquarters.
The scope of the project included design for reception, a recording studio, several medium-sized conference rooms, a large divisible conference room, a building shared conference room, a cafe, huddle rooms, open and closed office spaces, restrooms, phone rooms, wellness rooms, and a locker room. A supplemental CRAC unit and electrical power distribution were provided for a new IT/LAN room. GPI also provided design for changes made to the IT/AV plan.
This project received the 2025 ABC Metro Washington Excellence Honorable Mention.
