GPI-Renaissance JV is a mentor-protégé joint venture consisting of GPI and Homco Renaissance, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that is certified MBE / DBE / SBE in Maryland. Homco Renaissance has extensive experience in electrical power engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing, project management, construction management, and commissioning. Headquartered in Columbia, MD, Homco Renaissance is currently performing MEP and CM/CI work for Federal and state agencies and working with GPI on other contracts. GPI-Renaissance JV is actively pursuing Federal and commercial opportunities.

Rhea-GPI JV brings GPI together with Rhea Engineers & Consultants, a 100% woman-owned small business headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA. Rhea is certified at the federal, state, and local levels as a WBE, SB, SDB, DBE, and LDBE. Rhea supplies civil/site, survey, environmental, and dam safety services to public and private clients. Rhea-GPI JV holds IDIQ contracts with the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of the Interior for geospatial, AE, and geotechnical services.
