GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services for the renovation of The Reserve at Clarendon Centre.
The 8,000-SF space included design for the conversion of a movie room into a club room, which now features an entertainment bar, game area, and lounge space. Engineering design also supported the transformation of a business center into a fitness room to accompany the main fitness center. Other amenities include co-working areas and a library. The project included design for the relocation of the men’s restroom, a new reception area, and a corridor.
This project received the 2025 NAIOP NOVA Award of Merit – Amenity Space.
