GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services for a Confidential National Banking Association.
The project scope included design for a 27,000-SF interior fit-out featuring open work areas, private offices, and multiple conference rooms, including one with an operable partition to support flexible meeting configurations. Additional spaces included design for a pantry and coffee station, lounge areas, and a welcoming reception area with a coffered ceiling. The design also incorporated a dedicated LAN room with a CRAC unit to support critical IT infrastructure, along with a new restroom.
