GPI provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services for Enterprise Knowledge’s office relocation and expansion within the same building. A repeat client, Enterprise Knowledge previously occupied space on the third floor and engaged GPI again to support their move to the fifth floor as their footprint grew.
The project encompassed two separate suites totaling 12,000 SF, including modifications to an existing occupied space as well as a full tenant fit‑out of a new shell suite. The scope supported a variety of functional spaces, including conference rooms, private offices, a phone room, dual pantries, and open work areas, all served by a DOAS with VAV distribution.
