GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural engineering design services for The Nakupuna Companies’ new offices across two floors.
Phase one encompassed the 27,000-SF eleventh floor, with design for offices, conference rooms, a LAN room with a CRAC unit, reception, pantry, coffee bar, open collaboration areas, a quiet car, and a large training room with an operable partition. Phase two on the tenth floor included design of 28,500 SF of offices, focus and team rooms, small and large conference rooms, teaming lounges, a work café, coffee bar, golf simulator, reception, wellness room, ADA restroom, quiet work room, LAN room with a CRAC unit, and IT work room. GPI also provided structural engineering design for a hung telescoping glass wall.
