GPI Expands in Southeast Through Two Acquisitions

GPI is excited to announce the acquisition of Orlando FL-based Horizon Engineering Group, Inc. and the business of LDSI, Inc., which is headquartered in Charlotte, NC. These additions will expand our presence in the Southeastern US and diversify our service offerings in the area. The geomatics and surveying business of LDSI will be serviced by GPI’s wholly-owned subsidiary of GPI Geospatial, Inc.


LDSI, Inc. had a 32-person surveying and water resource engineering and firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. LDSI’s staff includes individuals with backgrounds in all phases of conventional surveying, global positioning surveying, subsurface utility engineering, and geographic information systems. Together, the team provides a comprehensive range of water resource engineering and all facets of modern surveying.
