Q & A

Which strategic objective resonates with you the most?

Employee satisfaction is paramount. Not every decision that is made in an organization will directly benefit employees, but if they benefit the company, it indirectly benefits the employees of our employee-owned company.

Can you describe a project that you worked on that embodies the spirit of "Many Talents, One Firm"?

I worked with a team of accounting admins to help create a Billing Guideline. Though I had not performed invoicing in some time, by working with the team, we were able to help shape the framework of the guideline that is now used throughout the company. It is a testament to the knowledge of the entire team that helped bring the guidelines to reality. Every member of the team brought unique talents to achieve a common goal for the company.

Why did you choose this career?

I’ve always been great at math. In high school, I enjoyed my accounting classes, and when I was able to do real-life accounting work as a career, it was a full-circle moment for me. I understood exactly what I was doing and knew I had found my passion.
