Stephen C. Daiute, PE, LEED AP, is an Executive Vice President for GPI. As a Penn State graduate, Stephen is licensed in 27 states and has over 27 years of experience, including project management, quality management, personnel management, systems design, and specification writing associated with various projects for private clients and government agencies.
Stephen has served in a series of managerial roles, which included department manager, director of building systems engineering, and, currently, Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, his responsibilities include staff/resource management, marketing, client relations, business development, financial planning, client management, and general oversight over a 100+ person, multidiscipline engineering, land survey, and construction inspection firm.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.

What do you like or appreciate most about working at GPI?
The people. We look out for each other and we are all very passionate about what we do. GPI gives everyone a platform to perform at the highest level – and we do some really great things.
Who or what inspires you?
My Family – Lessons learned / values passed on from my parents and grandparents guide me to making the right choices and decisions. My wife and children inspire me to be the best that I can be.
Why did you choose this career?
Was always able to build things / come up with creative ways to solve problems… there’s always a way to do something!
