GPI provided engineering consulting services to design the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the entrance, lobby, fitness center, multi-purpose room/tenant conference center, roof decks with elevator extension, RTU’s, new restrooms, a new property office on the concourse level, and HVAC design for the repositioning of 1201 New York Avenue. The common corridors and elevator lobbies were refreshed to give the visitors a “new feel.”
