Intec Group Boeing Tenant Build-Out and Base Building Upgrades

The project’s complex scope required the design of a new chilled water system and a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency. A 1250 KW generator with 1200 amp distribution service was implemented to support reliable power for the entire office space. The inclusion of a centralized uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system and a very early smoke detection app (VESDA) fire detection system in the basement demonstrated our focus on integrating safety and performance into the design.

Specific project requirements allowed GPI to relocate two computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units to a new mechanical room and delivered updates to the training room, plumbing, and electrical systems, including enhancements to the third-floor unisex restroom. These upgrades were carefully designed to align with the overarching architectural vision while addressing practical needs.
