The office features a range of thoughtfully designed spaces, including huddle rooms, pantries, conference rooms, private offices, and open work areas, reflecting a balance of functionality and aesthetics. One standout element is the roof deck patio, equipped with exterior lighting, fans, and heaters, providing a versatile outdoor space for meetings and relaxation.

Our work included the integration of systems that enhance efficiency and comfort. These efforts are part of the project’s pursuit of WELL certification, emphasizing health and sustainability. Recognized with the 2024 CREW DC Project Impact – Deal Making Award and the 2024 IIDA Non-Profit/Association Premiere Design Award, this project demonstrates the value of thoughtful engineering in creating high-performance environments.
