First Savings Mortgage is a leading provider of residential financing solutions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The company is dedicated to simplifying the home financing process and delivering exceptional service to its clients.

This dynamic workspace features a welcoming reception area, state-of-the-art conference rooms, collaborative spaces, an executive office, private offices, open workstations, a modern breakroom, a catering area, a phone room, and other essential office support areas.

The scope included the design of an exhaust fan with an in-line thermostat to efficiently circulate air through the LAN room. GPI also designed the installation of 2×2 LED light fixtures controlled by wall dimming occupancy sensors in private offices, and rows of recessed linear LEDs grouped into four areas controlled by ceiling occupancy sensors in the open areas. Emergency lights and exit signs are powered by the building’s existing generator, ensuring safety and reliability.
