GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for this Higher Education Student Health Facility.
The project included an early feasibility study to evaluate existing conditions and support project planning. The program included design for reception, phlebotomy and lab spaces, nurse and exam rooms, a group therapy room, offices, conference room, pantry, and restroom. GPI modified the existing mechanical system to provide individual temperature controls for select spaces and provided lighting control design for the Student Health Center and main areas, including grouped control zones and reuse of existing light fixtures where feasible.
