The multi-floor tenant fit-out consolidated previously dispersed teams into a workplace supporting more than 400 offices and workstations, 21 conference and video conferencing rooms, a boardroom with adjacent pre-function gallery, formal and informal collaboration areas, and a range of employee amenities. The project included opening existing glass walls to create a three-story skylit atrium, which serves as the focal point of the workplace and accommodates gatherings, meetings, and events. Design services supported a variety of distinctive spaces, including an amphitheater anchored by a three-story LED video wall wrapping the elevator core, a golf simulator lounge, wellness lounges, a rooftop lounge and outdoor amenity terrace, a technology bar, six pantries, subdividable conference rooms with operable partitions, and a 1 1/2-mile walking track. GPI also designed infrastructure for supplemental HVAC and UPS power for multiple IT/AV server rooms, sport-themed architectural lighting elements, and fire curtain systems at the eighth-floor atrium to address code requirements associated with the multi-story open space.
