Accessibility enhancements were a key focus, with new curbs and sidewalks improving pedestrian connectivity along the Chestnut Terrace parking lot. To ensure compliance with environmental regulations, GPI conducted field surveys, wetlands delineation, and environmental assessments for state-regulated areas, balancing the Township’s design objectives and project goals with regulatory constraints. The firm also developed construction documentation for public bidding, ensuring a transparent contractor selection process while aligning the project with municipal and state requirements.

The project’s technical execution required a multidisciplinary approach, beginning with existing conditions and topographic surveys, progressing through base plan preparation, detailed engineering design, regulatory coordination, and bidding, culminating in construction oversight and inspection.
