GPI provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the adaptive reuse of a 20,000-SF pre-engineered metal building into a 15,000-SF daycare facility. The project transformed a former entertainment venue into a modern educational environment featuring classrooms, administrative offices, food service areas, and support spaces.
The HVAC design incorporated a high-efficiency VRF system and Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) with energy recovery, providing enhanced indoor air quality, occupant comfort, and energy performance. Additional design services included comprehensive plumbing and electrical systems to support the facility’s operational and educational needs.
