DTI (acquired by GPI) provided engineering design services for the 10,000-SF renovation of Treesdale Golf and Country Club, our second renovation project at the facility.
DTI had provided engineering design for an earlier renovation at the Club, giving our team a strong understanding of the existing systems and layout. The most recent project included upgrades to a range of amenities, such as a new fitness center, Activity/Sled/Turf Area, simulator suite, pro shop with a coffee bar, club fitting area, private event room, bar, seating area, custom environmentally controlled wine racks, storage, and restrooms. The scope involved new HVAC design featuring fan coil units, condensing units, and a grade-mounted DOAS unit to serve the fitness and turf areas, along with ductwork modifications across both levels. Electrical design included new power distribution and lighting, as well as infrastructure for security and data systems. Plumbing upgrades supported bar equipment, a new coffee bar, renovated restrooms, and included provisions for natural gas and a drinking fountain in the fitness area.
