FORM Architects, HGA Architects, Greenberg Farrow (formerly DBI Architects) Two Birds Daycare and Child Care

The scope included design for coworking and childcare spaces such as toddler rooms, infant rooms, classrooms with sinks, reception areas, huddle rooms, open workspaces, directors’ offices, teacher lounges, food prep/warming kitchens, pantries, coffee/print stations, art studios, stroller storage, and janitorial closets. The scope also included design for multiple-occupancy restrooms (some with showers), single-user restrooms, mothers’ rooms, and pumping rooms with sinks, supporting the needs of both staff and families. One of the locations involved design for a new water source heat pump system to replace the existing HVAC system.
