Description: GPI provided coatings inspection services and technical support for the cleaning and painting of the Mathew Welsh Bridge, a cantilever structure which opened in 1966. The length of the structure is 3,098 feet long and spans the Ohio River connecting Indiana’s State Route 135 to Kentucky’s State Route 79.

Description: GPI provided protective coatings services to the BNY Mellon building. This was a major rehabilitation project which involved the removal of all exterior coatings and replacing them with a three-coat zinc, epoxy urethane coating system. The surface preparation consisted of using ultrahigh-pressure waterjetting. All three coats were applied with brushes and rollers and included a fifteen-year warranty from the coating manufacture with labor.

Statewide Gas Pipeline Inspections

Description: GPI performs inspections and coating repairs on above ground gas pipelines to ensure coatings are protecting the lines from corrosion and environmental degradation. GPI inspects all above ground sections of the Dominion East Ohio Gas Pipelines and manages a system of reporting. The GPI team uses a database driven photo management system to organize and report on over 150 inspections each year.

Suffolk County Water Tank Inspections

Sunshine Bridge Coating Inspection
