Hope Advanced Veterinary Center provides 24/7 specialty and emergency veterinary care for pets with compassion and expertise.
GPI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil engineering design services for the conversion of an existing medical facility into the new veterinary surgical center.
The 5,100 sqft renovation covered every necessary space – waiting room, treatment area, surgery suite, radiology and exam rooms, laundry, restrooms, breakroom and private offices – and featured specialized designs to support an MRI machine and medical gas systems.
Design included a 100% emergency back-up natural gas fired on-site generator, and a dedicated chiller on a crowded rooftop. Our civil engineers created a site and utility plan for the new electrical service and natural gas lines and performed a boundary survey of existing property lines to optimize the property layout.
