GPI provided engineering services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection for the new 20,500-SF RIAA office.
The RIAA office includes the second, third, and mezzanine levels. The second floor includes a reception area, a café, private offices, conference rooms, a LAN/storage room, an ADA lift to the mezzanine, and other support areas. The third-floor support areas include a wellness/prayer room, café, conversational area, team rooms, workstations, private offices, and another LAN room. The mezzanine level, which includes a pantry, is a lounge and performance area that can accommodate seating for up to 50 when arranged in an auditorium layout during musical performances.
